'It is with great sadness and regret that I have to inform
you that C-L-S Britannia wish to resign from the league. From the start of this
season we have struggled to put a team out and after this morning where 3
players failed to show up leaving us with 10 player, so we had to play an
injured 5ft striker in goal.
The players and management sat down after the game and
decide its best we no longer continue as a club.''
